The best egg salad

THE BEST EGG SALAD

INGREDIENTS
8 cooked eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons crisp celery, chopped
2 teaspoons Maille Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Maille whole grain mustard
Frank’s Red Hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Romaine lettuce hearts
Bread of choice

INSTRUCTIONS
Place cooked eggs into a large bowl

Add mayonnaise, celery, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard and a few dashes of hot-pepper sauce (or more, if you like a spicier salad). Season to taste with salt and pepper; stir gently to combine. Serve on croissants or bread of your choice with romaine.
