On Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27, Artifact Coffee will host yet another fun “takeover” dinner as part of their Artifact After Dark series. This time, it’s with Alison Kirby of Blue Bellies, serving New England cuisine from her very successful food truck on Nantucket. Lobster, clam & chicken sandwiches and hotdogs will be available, plus some delicious cocktails by Woodberry Kitchen’s Corey Polkoya and homemade popsicles for dessert. One sandwich will even include kimchi tartar sauce made with PABU chef Jonah Kim’s amazing kimchi. Yum! Chef Kim served up a sold out Korean takeover dinner at Artifact back in February.
